Shopping with Son&Sara
These terms apply to purchases from Son&Sara at sonandsara.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify. For questions about an order or these terms, email sonandsara@gmail.com.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details when ordering. Review your selected products, quantities, currency and total at checkout before paying. The prices and any shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout. Changes to our advertised prices do not change an order already accepted.
If an item is unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund the unfulfilled purchase.
Delivery and cancellations
Refer to the delivery information shown on our website and at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us if your parcel is delayed or missing so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return requests, refunds and remedies for faulty goods. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded. Son&Sara remains responsible for providing legally required remedies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information.
Updates and contact
